    Worse than went I went in. Person with lot of ego, wound as tight as a clock and poor human interaction skills. couldnt wait to get rid of me. He asks if there is anything more he can help me, I have 3 minutes left. He did not appear to be able to find the areas in my laptop system where the issues I asked help with were. Asking me to find it myself......Either Best Buy lacks customer service focus and stnding by the products they sell or this guy is messed up. Not buying from Best Buy ever again.

    Had a 3:20 appointment to get an iPhone battery replacement. Was told it would take til 5 (which seemed long for a battery). Came back that evening for pick up and was told they hadn’t got to it but could do it the next day in about 45 mins. Got a refund and will be taking my Apple products to the Apple Store. Two stars instead of one because Michael was nice.

    Very quick and helpful extracting critical data off a failed drive. The web and phone-based reservation system was down (seems to be a common problem) but the staff worked me in right away, gave lots of useful advice or replacement hardware. Very professional.

    Be very careful- Geek Squad saved my credit card info and put me on auto-renewal for a service plan. I had a charge for over $200 that I did not authorize and when I called to figure out what was going on, I was told that they save your CC info and renew automatically. I don't ever remember being told anything about this! Seems pretty shady not to authorize this type of purchase before charging someone's card.
