- HMHannah Matson3 days ago5.0When I tell you almost every employee was helping me is an understatement. These people work extremely hard, efficient, and have excellent communication and knowledge with technology. My iPhone 14 decided to poop itself and they said the repair would’ve been $400+ so I took a leap in faith and bought a new phone. When I did, it was extremely difficult to get my phone number and iCloud info onto the new phone due to the iPhone 14 being inaccessible. I got great help from everyone, (hating myself for not taking notes of employees names!!!! I was so distracted from the mess) I received water and mints during a moment of panic and the utmost respect (shout out to that guy seriously 😂) I got great information on what new phone I needed/wanted and that fitted my personal device. I can’t explain how grateful I am to have this Apple Store near me. They kept me calm and took care of me 🥹❤️ best Apple Store in Colorado!!!! Management needs to shoutout this store for real. I got at the store at 9:30ish in the am and didn’t realize they opened at 11 on Sunday’s instead of 10am, but even with that in mind, they took me in and did everything possible to help me. 1000/10

It was a long day and I had a headache walking into the store, but Erwin absolutely made my day!! His service was above and beyond, he was attentive to my needs, and is just a generally caring guy with fantastic energy. This man deserves a raise!

It was pretty weird and I felt not welcome, despite the store being busy with people doing the same. I'm a current Apple user looking for a future purchase but was questioned when looking at the products? Strange experience.
