  I recently had a problem with my iPhone 16. I went to the Apple Store on 29th in Boulder. I could not have been treated more courteously. The technician fix my problem in less than a minute. He was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. It could not have been a better experience. Refreshing in today’s world were some stores you go into they act like they’re doing you a big favor for being there. I’m 81 years old and sometimes not treated very respectfully. The Apple Store was a refreshing experience.

  Zero help, and lack of communication by Apple Support. Last week I called Apple support for help, and after completely describing my needs they suggested I set up a time w/"Genius Bar" at the Boulder store to resolve the issue. But apple support said my account had been frozen because of my own multiple attempts to transfer data to my new phone. So because it was frozen I had to wait a week before they would send me a code to begin again. So I made an appt at the Boulder 29th st. store. When we drove to Boulder fron Ft. Collins yesterday the associate said that they would not be able to help me because it would take too long, as genius bar appointments are for 10-15 minutes only. They did not tell us that when I made the appt. And the next woman behind us had the same experience and she was as frustrated as we were. So the 29th store may be ok for buying but they certainly are lacking in customer support "after the sale".

  Mina was such a great help when I was getting the immersive experience for the Apple Vision Pro. What a great crowd in there. Super friendly and helpful.

  I've visited the store multiple times for both my mac and iPhone, and always received great service. Most recently, Reema helped me set up a new iPhone, and was extremely patient, kind, and personable. Also, shout out to all the apple store employees--they're all working their butts off and constantly busy, yet still find the time to answer questions--a lot of people don't see the invisible work that goes into service jobs, like managing in-person and online orders, walk-ins, appointments, restocking inventory, etc. This is an extremely high traffic store, and they stayed open late on a Friday just to finish helping the last few customers. If that's not stellar customer service, I don't know what is.
