  The vet is pretty nice, but this vca location is not one I would recommend. The care club is overpriced and when you try to utilize what is offered you are ignored. They double charged my card for $313.00 caused me to over draft, I called to be told that I had an outstanding balance (I have auto payments and called to verify, also had proof in bank statements) was told I was wrong, the was out on hold for 10 minutes. When they came back I was told I was correct and that they would process a refund. Called back 7 hours later to verify the refund would be processed and was told it would be next week. So now not only am I down $300 for there mistake, I have to pay the over draft charges, and not a single apology. If I continue at vca it will not be this location.

  VCA and Dr. B and her team took care of my kitten and I even when we were in a jam on vacation! Highly recommend this vet clinic!

  Brought my Pit-Bull Kobe in to be seen. He was seen right away and diagnosed, which was great. My one small complaint is I wish they would have started his treatment at the clinic. Instead of having me go home and do it, but other than that, it was a great service, super friendly and super helpful..

  Everyone at VCA Smoky Hill Animal Hospital takes such good care of my dog. They always treat her exactly how I would want her to be treated - with the utmost kindness and care. We are so lucky to have Dr. Brandenburg as our primary veterinarian. She always provides the highest quality care and up-to-date information, and she has excellent surgical skills. I honestly think she might care as much about my dog as I do! I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.
