I had a great experience working with Andy, the owner of Electro Gizmo. He was professional, clean, fairly priced, and completely transparent about the work he was doing and why it was needed. For this project, Andy wired my basement for Ethernet, ran the lines back to my router in the living room, and tested everything to make sure it was working properly. The work was clean and well done, and I really appreciated how straightforward he was throughout the process. Andy does much more than networking as well, including audio/visual work and other technology-related projects. I’ll definitely be calling him for all of my future networking and A/V needs. Highly recommend Electro Gizmo!

I engaged ElectroGizmo to diagnose and hopefully repair an internet Cat5 cable that for some reason stopped working. The cable ran from the basement switch to my second floor home office through PVC conduit on the outside of the house for most of the run. They arrived as scheduled, determined with their cable tester that the cable was in fact not working and ran through several troubleshooting steps to zero in on what the likely cause of the problem was. Their troubleshooting determined that a small section of cable that terminated in my home office was damaged and needed to be replaced. They replaced that section of the cable and sealed and secured the outside junction box where that cable section connected with the main Cat 5 cable in the conduit, tested everything including with my MacBook, and completely solved the problem. These guys are really good; highly knowledgeable, experienced, resourceful and do great work. They are in my preferred book of contractors and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for structured cabling and security projects!

Andy and Eli did an amazing job running the fiber optic for Bam to the center of my house in the basement and installing an Ethernet run from that same area to my desk, as well as an extra outlet. Super fast, super friendly. Great job guys.

Do not use this company. Andy will not finish the job or return numerous phone calls. I would like to revise this review. Andy has had a couple of family deaths and has been out of town. With no one answering phones in his office he was not getting my messages. Please give him a chance to earn your business. Thank you

ElectroGizmo was the perfect solution for me! I was referred to them by BAM because I wanted my fiber installed differently than what was originally recommended, and ElectroGizmo turned out to be exactly what I needed. Andy was fantastic from start to finish. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained my options, and gave me three different solutions to choose from. We were able to select the one that worked best for our home. Andy was prompt, professional, communicative, and kept me informed every step of the way. He did exactly what he said he would do—and when he finished, he left my home incredibly clean. You honestly couldn’t even tell someone had been there working! The entire experience was seamless, and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend ElectroGizmo and would absolutely use them again!
