Amazing staff they were very attentive with helping me with getting my service reestablished and transferring my information. The most helpful and customer service oriented staff I have ever encountered at a location hands-down recommend coming here for any and all Phone needs that you have.

I bought a new phone in August the new razor was told the insurance would be more expensive which is fine it's a more expensive phone however the idiot who helped me apparently took the insurance off and added international calls which I of course did not know until I went to go use my insurance in November do not go to the store take the time drive to the one over on Colfax!

Please don’t come to this store, they charge you more $ saying that those accessories are with the “deal”(free accessories because I’m getting an upgrade to my account) and when you see the receipt it’s $120 more! I came back and asked why she charge me $120 more if the phone was $250 and she said that I can or can’t take the accessories but that was goin to be same price ($120 more) and she said that I have 7 days to return it if I want to, later on the day I went to the store and asked for a return because I didn’t need the accessories and she (Maria D.) said that I can return it, and they said no, Maria D. lied to me, I called customer service and they said that the store has to help me but they didn’t help me at all, there is no manager and now I can’t get my money back, she lied about that “deal” and didn’t ask if I would like to purchase some accessories… please make your purchase online because it’s not fair that they lie and make a “good deal” without you consent…
