  Needing a smart phone with unlimited data for just a month while traveling back in the USA, the young lady working (sorry I didn't catch her name) helped me with what I needed. Usually, I end up getting a free phone that to be free requires three months of the top monthly plan. This year (I work overseas), I only need a phone with unlimited data for just one month. She quite honestly advised I visit Walmart and purchase a prepaid phone there that I would need for $50 and just purchase a 30 day credit for $60 plus tax (and 911 fee of about $2). So, I got what I needed from Walmart. It happened to be a Cricket phone, for $116 total. This easily saved me about $100 from what I would have done in the Cricket store. This may not make her superiors happy to send away a even small transaction like mine, but I am truly happy with the sound advice, the savings, and the continued good experiences I have had with Cricket. Kind of corny, but I honestly thought of the old movie "Miracle on 34th Street" where the Macy's Santa Claus was telling parents that the toy their child wanted was available for a better price at a competing store. When I am treated honestly like this, I have no trouble wanting to go back any time in the future that I may need their service. Thank-you for the good advice and for treating this customer with kindness and genuine concern and helpfulness! I highly recommend you.

  Perla is amazing! She went above and beyond. I had a horrible time with my previous carrier and she made the whole process easy. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She was so patient while I dealt with resolving my issues with my previous carrier. She was so sweet to my brother and mom. I am so grateful for her.
