  Installation person John knew exactly what he was doing, realized I purchased a part I didn’t need so he returned it for me while completing my work. Awesome service, everything on time, great place to go for back up camera service!

  Alejandro was a really good help with finding a tv he was really knowledgeable about everything in the store, one of the best managers on the floor would really recommend if you go in to go with him, thank you to him we were able to fine everything for my family, wouldn’t be able to do it with him have you very much.

  I liked this best buy, it is absolutely huge inside! It has everything and anything you could imagine wanting. The only downside is they seem a little understaffed because no matter where I was I always ended up having to find someone for help. But when I did find someone they were knowledgeable, kind, funny and very helpful to whatever I was in need of!!! I will return to this one just because of how amazing the employees are!!

  My wife went in and was trying to get help to trade in printer for another printer the manager Amir was be rude the whole time he was talking to her sent money back to her card after she asked to swap out the item for the other and now we have to wait for 2 weeks before we can purchase the stuff we need walk off and ignored us worst Best Buy I have ever been to terrible customer service will never shop there again. They do not honor price match btw so do ask .only up side is that there another manager on crutches that was handling the situation well all though we still could not go purchase the printer cause of the wait

  I had a very frustrating experience at Best Buy. I purchased an open-box phone listed in “excellent condition,” which, according to both the receipt and the box, should have included a charger. However, when I got home, I realized no charger was provided. I called the store, and the employee I spoke with confirmed that it *should* have come with a charger and told me to come back to pick one up. I wasn’t able to return immediately and went back two days later. Unfortunately, the manager I dealt with was very rude and unhelpful. He insisted that I would have to purchase a charger instead, despite what was stated on my receipt and packaging. After explaining the situation, he finally gave me a used cable that didn’t even properly match the phone (a Samsung A17). This was not an acceptable solution and felt very unprofessional. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The lack of consistency, poor customer service, and failure to honor what was advertised made this a situation I would not expect from Best Buy.
