  I wish I could say something good about this place but my first time there I brought my small that that was bleeding from his nose after a dog attack. Everyone showed absolutely no urgency and we had to stand as his blood was dripping. Then minutes after three young “nurses” came to take only look at my dog. They took absolutely no vital sign and told us to wait longer for the doctor and kept us standing in the lobby. This place should not say hospital if they have no sense urgency! Later for the vet to come ten minutes later telling us “we can’t do anything here and we believe your dogs lugs SEEM LIKE they’re full of blood,” After receiving no care and no help we drove to the animal hospital down the hill (45 min drive) scared we didn’t have much time before losing our dog. When we found a vet that actually took his body temperature, checked his gums for blood loss, checked where the dog bite was, and heard his lug sounds. They easily told us that there was NOTHING punctured and no bleeding in his lungs. We could have saved the trip, money and stress if this hospital actually attended us with competency. I recommend to just go directly down the hill and don’t waste your time here.

  No compassion!!! Do whatever can to avoid this place. We need a better vet out here!!!!

  if I could leave zero stars, I 100% would I took my dog here because he was sick. I told them his patient history that his father died of a heart problem. The vet basically dismissed. My concern. Didn’t even check what I was saying and had me pay 3000 for test that I did not need gave me medicine that probably just put him in pain and not even a week later I had to take him to the emergency room for them to tell me exactly what I thought his heart was so enlarged. There was no way they could not hear a murmur. And I had to pay another 2000 to get him put down right there and then because he was suffering which all could’ve been avoided If they had just taken my concerns seriously in the first place they not only gave me false hope that my dog would live. They basically robbed me of 3000. rip wetzel

  My kitten broke his leg and we had to take him in pretty quickly. Unfortunately he had to undergo surgery and it was going to be pretty pricey. The whole staff was extremely understanding and helped us out immensely. They gave us options, and helped us get funds. Dawn, the surgeons assistant not only helped us receive HOPE funds, but helped guide us through other avenues for the remaining amount. We literally would not have been able to navigate or proceed with the surgery if it weren't for her help, or the help of the staff. Even when I picked him up after his surgery, the attention to detail on his medication and discharge papers were above and beyond. I felt very heard, and seen as a client. And I know Jim (our kitten) received great care. We got calls from the surgeon when it was finished and he even got a cute little toy to take home. We appreciate everything they did to make us feel so taken care of.

  I had a heartbreaking experience. I called because I was worried about my dog and asked if I should go to the emergency hospital. As this is my first dog. I didn't know what to do. I was told to wait until my appointment a few days later. Sadly, my dog passed away before then. Don't take advice from a receptionist.
