  I took my pet there and they actually made an appointment available for me so that I could get my dog vaccinated because they had brought my they had brought me a dog from San Diego to Yuba City and I needed to get a vaccinated as soon as possible they made time and then I was late they made another time so they really really work with me I'm very glad that they did and they are very professional at what they do

  I have taken my dogs here for emergency care a couple of times, and unfortunately, each visit has cost over $900, which feels extremely overpriced for the level of care we received. In our experience, the treatment mainly consisted of IV fluids and basic care, with very little explanation about what was being done. What disappointed me most was the way we were treated—the person assisting us spoke to us in a way that made us feel ignorant rather than concerned pet owners trying to understand what was happening. I understand emergency veterinary care is expensive, but when you're paying that much, you expect professional care, clear communication, compassion, and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experiences, I don't feel the quality of service justified the cost.

  I haven’t personally got vet care from here but I called last night and spoke with a receptionist. I wished I remembered her name. I came from work and my senior doxie paw was gushing blood and I was panicking. I called and the receptionist did a great job of listening to me and my concerns and calming me down. She spoke with her vet and they weren’t able to see my dog. But she recommended I take my dog to the ER. She provided me the name of the 2 closest ERs, their phone numbers and the addresses. She remained calm even though I clearly was not. Her kindness was really what I needed in my moment of panic. I took her (and the vets) advice and took my dog to the ER and she’s back home with me and feeling better. I wish I remembered her name so I could call and thank her but hopefully she sees this. Thank you for your kindness 🤍

  Take both my cats Penguin and Spare for the check up and vaccines always very warm and friendly atmosphere.
