  I haven’t personally got vet care from here but I called last night and spoke with a receptionist. I wished I remembered her name. I came from work and my senior doxie paw was gushing blood and I was panicking. I called and the receptionist did a great job of listening to me and my concerns and calming me down. She spoke with her vet and they weren’t able to see my dog. But she recommended I take my dog to the ER. She provided me the name of the 2 closest ERs, their phone numbers and the addresses. She remained calm even though I clearly was not. Her kindness was really what I needed in my moment of panic. I took her (and the vets) advice and took my dog to the ER and she’s back home with me and feeling better. I wish I remembered her name so I could call and thank her but hopefully she sees this. Thank you for your kindness 🤍

  Take both my cats Penguin and Spare for the check up and vaccines always very warm and friendly atmosphere.

  Ive been taking my cats and dogs here since I moved to yuba city. While some of the Dr's seem like they just care about making money off expensive treatments that arent necessary, id say about 95% of the time we have gone there, the receptionists are wonderful and truly care, the vet techs are friendly and knowledgeable, and the Dr's have always given different treatment options and try to work with us on the bill....

  If you’re thinking of coming here don’t. I am a member here and I’ll tell you as a member they do a horrible job. If you have an appointment at 2pm make sure to show up at 6pm. If they tell you $130 make sure to show up with $300. Choose any other place I the area please. AND IF YOU THINKING OF STOPPING BY FOR A EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT DO NOT COME HERE. (UPDATE) The place had told me my cat was 5-6 weeks pregnant. She ended up giving birth hours later. Place is super unprofessional and to follow up with this review. I’ve tooken things into my owns hands and will be reporting the Nurse who doctored my cat. DO NOT COME HERE
