  We purchased a phone yesterday and, unfortunately, we did not receive an itemized receipt or any receipt at the time of purchase. After getting home, I calculated the costs for the device, glass protector, taxes, and upgrade fee and realized that the amount charged did not match my calculations. I called the store today to clarify the issue. I was told that I needed to consider $85 in taxes. However, after requesting that the receipt be texted to us, the receipt showed $43.50 in taxes plus a $9 waste fee, which was the amount I had originally calculated. There was also an issue with the screen glass. In the store, we were told the glass was $30 and that we received a $20 discount on the phone, meaning we would pay $10. However, the receipt shows a charge of $49.99 for the glass. We explained all of these concerns over the phone, but it seems the confusion was not completely resolved. We were offered a $20 refund, but we did not accept it because it was less than the amount we believe was charged incorrectly. We were told the receipt could not be changed, so we agreed to visit the office tomorrow to resolve everything. I do not like leaving negative reviews about businesses or individuals. I hope this matter will be resolved fairly tomorrow, and if it is, I will gladly update or remove this review.
