  They get 1 star because it’s clean and nice aesthetic. Only come here if you’re rich, and I mean like “drop $10k” to save your pet kinda rich. The people at the front desk make fun of your situation and sadness, the front desk people also whisper gossip with each other. It makes me uncomfortable. The vet doctors are professional and nice.

  Dear Doctors and Veterinary team, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the care, attention, and YOU professionalism all of you showed in treating my dog, Misha on April 24th starting at 3:30 AM. Your kindness, patience, and dedication made a very difficult time much easier for both of us. I truly appreciate the effort you put into his treatment. Thank you for your expertise, your gentle approach, and your genuine concern for your patients. I would especially like to thank a manager Erin, who was working that day and helped me a great deal.   Every single person I encountered there during a very scary and difficult time due to my dog's health was so incredibly kind, helpful, comforting and authentic. I felt very safe in them caring for my girl overnight for multiple nights. They explained everything thoroughly and empathetically. Could not reccomend this veterinary hospital more! Amazing!

  I can be a very unpleasant person when stressed. I came to VCA a few years ago and was pissy about wait times gave them 1star .Because of this went to a different er for surgery when he developed his first tumor. they didn’t do a good job… VCA let me come back after being rude and leaving a nasty review as well as complaining though their customer service process. I took my baby chappie here for a few surgeries over the couple years he had cancer. They removed one from his back his face and eventually had to amputate his right arm. He was able to become cancer free and surgery’s went successfully. He didn’t live long after and passed suddenly. I was able to take him to VCA to have him cremated. The team hand wrote me a condolence letter and it was needed. I’ve never lost a friend like that and they were calming through the process even when I got aggressive. Pet ERs can feel like a sales process. I felt comfortable and given options thought his treatments that didn’t make me feel pressured. One of the last photos of my baby taken the day before he passed. Thanks for treating cat.
