Had my cat taken weekly since she has cancer. The staff and Dr. Mark Jeon have all been professional and very kind with our situation. They have been a major helping hand guiding us through this difficult time. I’m glad to have come to this location, I would also recommend this VCA. Thank you !

Extremely expensive, extremely long wait times, and very poor communication. I spent hours waiting while my dog was seriously ill, and payment seemed to be prioritized before treatment. I repeatedly had to call for updates because the hospital did not communicate with me proactively. I ultimately felt that they cared more about collecting payment than helping my dog. At one point, I asked to move to a larger room, and a vet tech responded, “No, we are not disinfecting a bigger room.” The next day, I took my dog to Sherman Oaks Veterinary Group, where she was hospitalized for three nights and thankfully recovered. Although the treatment there was also expensive, it was worth every penny. I’m incredibly grateful to them and only wish I had taken her there from the beginning. Based on my experience, I would avoid this veterinary hospital at all costs.

We love, VCA. Everything was perfect from reception to vet technicians, doctor assistants and of course, Doctor Jeon himself. We were always welcomed with open arms, love and compassion. Communication was always very open and honest with check ups through text and appointment reminders. Facility is very clean and everything is super organized. They took such amazing care of my baby from the first consultation day until the last. Even when we had to go to the emergency room, we were met with urgency, honesty, and love. Always appreciate the doctors and the vet technicians open communication and their understanding of the circumstances we were going through. We could not have chosen a better place to send our baby. They treat you like family and we appreciate them for everything they’ve done for us. Shout out to the oncology team, we are extremely grateful for their love for Buster🩷

This pet hospital saved my bulldogs life. She had a surgery done at another pet hospital and they returned her to me the same day bleeding from where her incision was done. They had planned to do the surgery in one place and have her recover in another. When I got to the other place my dog was bleeding on the hospitals floor and the other place refused to take her. They literally said “good luck it’s on you we can’t take a Bulldog here it’s to risky.” While two know pet hospitals left me with my Bulldog bleeding out VCA Veterinary specialists of the valley took her in immediately, it was 9pm with no prior notice. They found immediately what was wrong, where she was internally bleeding from brought in an amazing dog surgeon and she saved my dogs life. Honest to God I wouldn’t trust any other “clinic” or “vet” with anything serious with my dog again. They are worth every penny. The confidence that this dr had when she called me over night. Reassuring me that she would stop the bleeding and the confidence she had to know she could care for my dog is priceless. I’m truly grateful a place like this exists, my dog’s alive today because of their love for animals.
