  VCA Woodbridge in Woodbridge, Ca has great staff. I take my 3 GSD’s there and also my cat. One of my GSD’s is very timid and the staff was very understanding and flexible with us. Doctor Vu and Doctor Lindsey obviously care about the animals and it shows in their handling of them. Doctor Lindsey even called me after hours to check on how one of my pups was doing after she had surgery! I so far have had good experiences here over the course of 4 years. One thing, that is happening at my most vets these days, is the pricing. I have a dog savings but dang it’s expensive to pay for care for animals. Besides the vet cost, that are pretty pricey everywhere these days, I would recommend this vet to others.

  Paid $90 for 10 min lackluster review of my dog. My first visit. Dog had been having skin irritations I explained in different weeks in different locations of his head/neck/inner ear. I was told to get shampoo for dog acne. I was asked if I wanted a tick/flee/mites one time dose. Actually get one lacking the mites. This feels very informal too casual. Hours later I’m looking over my dog and find two new hot spots on his neck. I drive back before it closes at 6pm because I just paid $90 and she missed this? It’s 5:45. Door is open, but all chairs are up to clean the floors “I can’t look at your dog the doctor is gone.” Then change your time on when you close. Give a though exam of new clients.

  VCA Animal Hospital has been wonderful with my fur baby. The front office staff is always friendly, welcoming, and very informative. From the moment you walk in, they greet both you and your pet with kindness and make sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for. The doctors are compassionate, take their time to explain procedures, and always ask if you have any questions or concerns. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear they truly care about the animals they treat. Although it’s an older office, it is very clean and well maintained. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work. The kindness and professionalism shown by everyone—from the front desk to the doctors—make every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend VCA Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a reliable, caring veterinary team. There’s nothing better than walking into an office where both you and your pet are welcomed with genuine warmth and compassion.

  They turned away my cat that has a hole in his stomach because they had one doctor on duty and she was booked. I had been taking my dogs and cats there for years. So much for caring for animals. They're obviously in it strictly for money. I would give zero stars,, unfortunately that isn't an option. I'm disgusted at them. I'm beyond mad at these people. Horrible. Zero stars.
