  I called 20 minutes before they closed, and a lady answered the phone. She said I should call them tomorrow because they were closed right now and weren’t even helping people. It was urgent because my payment wasn’t going through, but she said I couldn’t do anything. Their customer service is terrible. Before this, I had T-Mobile, which had great customer service.
