Dr. Aghashani is the most caring dental specialist and is just a wonderful person who clearly cares about her patients. She was observant and found an unexpected growth on our dog's mouth. She took ample time to present us with all our treatment options and we feel confident in our selection based on thorough discussion with her. She is fantastic at answering questions and understanding concerns. I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience has been with her.

Her level of depth and detail during the examination and explanation of next steps were truly impeccable. I've never had that much of a comprehensive consultation before. She immediately instilled great confidence in me about what she is capable of and her high intellect. I feel very safe putting my cat in her hands.

She didn’t make it (12 years old) but VCA did everything possible to comfort her & us🙏 I definitely recommend VCA and Really Appreciate all they’ve done for our animals over the years!!

I originally signed up for their $20/month plan, which was supposed to include unlimited checkups. During one of my visits, my plan was changed to a $56/month plan without clear consent or proper explanation. After that, I was told I could not downgrade back to my original plan, and that even if I canceled, I would still be required to continue paying. It gets worse — later I was told my membership had been canceled, yet I was still charged for the visit that should have been covered under the plan. This makes no sense: how can I book an appointment, be seen, and then be told the membership wasn’t active? The entire process felt misleading and poorly managed. There was a lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and no clear resolution offered. I strongly recommend others to carefully review any membership terms here and get everything in writing before agreeing to anything.
