- HKHamza KhattabMay 2, 20261.0I went and bought a simple mobile hot spot the worker told me the compatible air time card and when I went to set it up because of a violant roommate that evicted and needed Internet that day for my security cameras sold me the wrong card and I asked if it was refundable and him and the cashier both told me yes. My wife went to connect the WiFi and it was the wrong air time card then she had to pay online we spent another 50$ then the hot spot didn't even do what I needed it to do. So I went to return it and the cashier called the manager and she said there's nothing she can do it's non refundable and I'm out 100$ now they let me return the 50$ hot spot but refused to refund the air time card when it was there fault and sold me the wrong card

The people there very disrespectful and unprofessional staff, after being a loyal customer for many years, I will never go there again. Almost 1 month to solve a problem that I bought insight an on line . The worst experience ever. Sad to see the inexperience management there.
