Even though the store was crowded and there wasn’t much time, he helped me with everything I needed. Thanks for having great employees like Noel!

- RKRira KumaAug 26, 20264.0Google Maps has the completely wrong address. We ended up going to the wrong place, but thankfully the staff there were very kind and showed us how to get there. From the second floor of the main mall, go toward the LUSH exit and turn right. It was extremely hot and exhausting trying to find the place, but thankfully we found it and were able to buy everything we wanted!

People spend thousands of dollars on Apple products and pay extra for AppleCare expecting decent service, yet this is how customers are treated. Someone from the Apple Store specifically called us and told us our item was ready. We drove all the way there based on THEIR call, only to arrive and be told they couldn’t find the item and there was “nothing they could do about it.” How do you call a customer, tell them their item is ready, and then act like it’s not your problem when they show up? No solution, no accountability, and no respect for the customer’s time. What exactly are we paying for AppleCare and premium customer service for if Apple can’t even handle something this basic? Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
