- DNDURGAVARAPRASAD NAMBURUJul 31, 20261.0I wouldn’t recommend this VCA. If you’re even 10 minutes late, they’ll refuse to see my pet Jerry . At my last appointment, I arrived early, but they still made me wait more than 20 minutes. This time, I was only 10 minutes late and they wouldn’t let me in, even though my appointment was scheduled for ahead of time . I find this unacceptable and very disappointing. Unfortunately, I won’t be recommending this hospital anymore.

I was afraid she was going to be overwhelming for me to bring in by myself, but she did great here! Cannot recommend enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Despite calling to say we were 5 minutes late and I was on crutches they had their door locked and rudely rescheduled the appointment. A pet owner for 17 years and a responsible citizen I've had not the best experience with them ever. Rude/ nonchalant don't care attitude seems to be their forte! Beware!
