I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jorge regarding a line switch and from the start, he was very attentive and patient, taking the time to fully understand my situation. His knowledge and clear explanations made the process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to his help, my issue was resolved quickly and effectively. I truly appreciated his friendly and professional demeanor throughout the interaction. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service, and I highly recommend Jorge for anyone needing assistance.
