- NCNoemi ChanMay 9, 20261.0Worst vet clinic. Worst vet experience. The first time I went the vet rushed through the process like my cat was just another number. Very impersonal / cold. The second time I went, I was late 15 minutes (I live about 10 miles away so it’s a 30-40 minute drive with traffic). I was told the vet would see my cat, so they put me in one of the rooms. I literally waited 30 minutes in that cold room. NO ONE came in the room that whole time to check up, give me an update on the wait time, NOTHING. I ended up leaving the room and told the receptionist that I waited 30 min and the look on her face, she didn’t care. I asked her if my cat would get seen within the next 10 minutes. She said she could ask the vet. At this point I didn’t believe her and I ended saving myself probably an extra 30 minutes to 1 hour because I decided to leave. I literally wasted a whole 1 hour and 30 minutes (30 minutes driving there, 30 minutes waiting, 30 minutes driving back home), plus wasted $7.50 in gas. She could’ve saved me the time and gas by answering the damn receptionist phone when I called. These people don’t care about you or your pet. Save yourself the time and DON’T COME HERE.

Maria loves the animals and takes amazing care of them ,, It would be very difficult to take our dog anywhere else . WE love the Maria and all working there . Thank you always for your help !!!!
