- LKLissa KooMay 5, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I am a very busy person with a packed schedule, and I specifically made time to bring my dog in for her vaccine appointment. Before leaving my house, I carefully checked the VCA app to confirm the address, and there was absolutely no indication that the office had moved, and I never received any email, text, or phone call notifying me about the change. I even checked Yelp as well. Because of this, I ended up driving to the wrong location and arrived late through no fault of my own. I explained the situation, but instead of showing understanding, I was told I was “16 minutes late” and no doctor visit. What upset me most was the complete lack of empathy and accountability for the confusion caused by their outdated information. I rearranged my day and wasted valuable time because their system was inaccurate. At this point, I honestly do not even want to reschedule or come back.
