  We’ve trusted Dr. Jennifer Kelly with our family for almost 15 years, and there’s simply nobody else we’d rather have caring for our pets. We’ve followed her through multiple hospitals over the years because she’s that good. Between our five “kids,” she’s been there through routine checkups, difficult diagnoses, and some incredibly emotional moments. Dr. Kelly is one of those rare veterinarians who puts the well-being of your pet first and everything else second. She’s unbelievably thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain every option without ever making you feel rushed. She’s brilliant, but she’s also genuinely kind and down-to-earth—a combination that’s hard to find. What makes VCA Camino Animal Hospital even more special is that the entire team shares that same philosophy. From the front desk to the technicians and support staff, everyone treats you like family. They know your pets, they care, they communicate, and they consistently go above and beyond. In a world where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, VCA Camino feels refreshingly old school. They do things the right way—with compassion, professionalism, and heart. If you love your pets like family, this is where they belong. We couldn’t recommend Dr. Jennifer Kelly and the entire VCA Camino team more highly. Five stars isn’t enough.

  10/10. I've been bringing my Golden Retriever, Liberty to vca for the last 5 years since she was a puppy and they've always been reliable and cheerful. Great staff, always helpful. My dog gets anxious at the vet, and Dr. Kelly was absolutely incredible and patient, providing lots of peanut butter which left Liberty leaving with a big smile, thank you! I will continue bringing Liberty here.

  Have gone to this animal care place back when Dr. Fryer owned it and still like the Doctors and staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgable and provide the care that my pet needs. This is my third dog and I will continue with then when I get my next dog.

  Let 1st start by saying every staff member that works there are amazing people. The ladies at the front are extremely helpful, and caring. Dr. Whalen is so knowledgeable and takes great care of Remy, our pitbull. He knows his field through and through and knows a lot about Remy's breed. Remy also has been seen by Dr. Hall as well, she is also amazing and very knowledgeable. Remy is loved by the staff and he likes them. I will always recommend this Veterinarian hospital. I drive 20 minutes from Camarillo to this location because of the wonderful treatment we recieve when we visit.
