    I wish I was lucky enough to be bestowed the honor of giving this Apple Store all my money for a computer, but unfortunately, I was not. This antiquated trying to be “different“ than the others form of retail needs to die. All the employees have this stuck up nature about them and they need to learn some customer experience etiquette.

    This Apple Store has proven to be one of the most money making mess up stores. I love my Apple products. I hate it when I have to go into the store. I ordered our watchband. Apple sent me a used watchband one of their shady employees. Send me one of their used watch bands and probably took mine and now that we go to the store to try to get them to exchange it they say no can you believe that? Every time I go into the store for some kind of problem question all they want is your money not to mention your time and brush your teeth take a mint

    I had a scheduled appointment and arrived about 15 minutes early. After check-in, I still waited roughly 20 minutes past my appointment time before being helped. When I was finally assisted, the technician did a few steps and then left saying he'd come back when it finished erasing. I then waited another 10–15 minutes after the work appeared to be finished, unsure of the status. I eventually had to ask staff where the technician had gone, and only after someone went to look for him did he come back out. This was my third visit for the same issue. On prior visits, I was told the reset could not be completed without a technician, so I scheduled another appointment. However, during this visit I was told I could have completed the process myself using the “Find My iPhone / erase” feature—something I had actually suggested during a previous visit but was told was not an option at the time. Overall, the repeated visits, unclear communication, and extended waiting time made the process feel unnecessarily frustrating and inefficient.

    Avoid this Apple Retail location at all costs!! The store Manager Noah is very difficult to deal with and once you start working with a store location, they are your only point of contact. The Manager Noah is the only one I really have an issue with. He was trying to make me agree over the phone to a higher price and charge me more for my repair after my macbook was already dropped off which was a huge red flag. I think he is more worried about his stores numbers then customer service. I was already frustrated that my macbook was barely out of warranty and no fault of my own it just decided to die. No one through Apple supports call center could help because the retail stores and the call center are separate departments and cannot override the manager without his approval. Even though I notified the manger he was going against Apple's terms and conditions, he would not budge and so phone support submitted a report on my hehalf and mentioned the only thing more I could do was write a bad review for this location, so that is what I'm doing. Phone support is very knowledgeable and helpful but are limited in what they can do. The only people that could save me from this location's shady ways was getting in touch with Apple's Executives. They were also very professional and represent what I knew of Apple to be and are performing an internal investigation.
