The office is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to book appointments on line or via phone. I feel they are reasonably priced for thier services .

The front desk staff defaults to “I don’t know what happened. Very sorry this happened. Someone will get back to you. “ We’re now seeking a new VCA location. Disappointing because the first visits over a year ago were great. Not sure what happened. Hopefully management is paying attention to this review and others that are low ranking. You are an animal hospital and our animals are like family members — please do better to care for your paying clients.
- CFcabin feverFeb 24, 20262.0I took our dog in for his shots and asked the doctor how much it cost to have his teeth cleaned. She said I KID YOU NOT $5,000.00I didn't say anything but this doctor is insane ! The average cost for a professional dog teeth cleaning is generally between $300 and $700, with a national average of approximately $375 to $400. FYI I understand veterinarians are not regulated and can charge whatever they want. You want to go to med school, DON'T go the Vet school and make a fortune. The patients don't complain and there's no HMO's or PPO's to worry about
