  The first couple time we went here to was good now issues however the last visit we had was unacceptable. We brought our dog in for vomiting and bloody stool knowing that he wasnt able to eat or take water for a few days we knew he was going to need and IV of fluid the dr agreed. We were give a list of things to rule out what was wrong with our pup xray, blood work, iv, ect. and were told that we were not able to get our dog an IV without the blood work so we dicussed and agreed to do that. Then to only be told no we cant do the IV without the Xray first to rule out a blockage. So we obliged and decided it was most imporant and what we could only afford to do the xray and get him the IV he needed. My husband paid for the XRAY and IV and were told it would be a couple hours. Well a couple hours later the DR called and did the old bait and swicth and said x ray was clear but she was not willing to do the IV without bloodwork all of the sudden. Give we had just paid for and xray and IV why would you charge us if that was not the case? We felt totally like it was a money grab at the point apparently the tech checking us in gave us wrong information and about the Xray that was not totally needed to get him the help he needed. Overall disappointed with our experience and the lack on transparency will not be back

  This is the best Vet I have ever been to. When i was waiting to be seen you can just hear all the love around you and your pet. The dogs that came in were happy to be there. I did not see one person that was not nice. They answered all my questions even the silly ones . Best vet ever.

  I had a great experience bringing my senior cat in for a health concern. Alana was wonderful when helping schedule the appointment and had excellent customer service from the start. Dr. Lee was kind, patient, and thorough, and she took the time to explain the possible causes, recommended testing, and ways to reduce Jameala’s stress during future visits. The technician Kaylan was also very caring and helpful when explaining the treatment plan and senior care options. Marcus helped with checkout and made sure I understood the next steps before leaving. Everyone treated Jameala gently and treated me with respect. I left feeling much more informed and confident about her care. Thank you to the whole team.
