  Very disappointing Genius Bar experience I visited the Genius Bar on August 14, 2026, at approximately 7:00 PM, and unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating. I had already completed the diagnostics and troubleshooting on my phone beforehand specifically to make the process easier and faster. When I arrived, I explained the situation and was seated with a technician. The technician initially had trouble connecting to my phone and then proceeded to run a series of diagnostic tests, including tests of the speakers and other components. I understand that diagnostics are part of the repair process, but considering I had already completed the diagnostics myself and the phone had significant damage to both the front and back, I was surprised by how much time was spent repeating tests. I expected the process to be much more straightforward, especially given the condition of the phone and the fact that I was there expecting a replacement/repair solution. I ultimately spent over an hour and a half at the Genius Bar. What made it even more frustrating was that after all that waiting, the loaner phone wasn’t properly set up with my cellular service, leaving me without my normal T-Mobile service. I came prepared and had already done my part to make the process easier, but I felt like my time wasn’t respected. The entire experience was unnecessarily slow and frustrating. I’ve generally had good experiences with Apple in the past, which is why this was particularly disappointing. The customer service and efficiency at the Genius Bar during this visit were far below what I expected from Apple.

  Terrible experience unprofessional uptight disrespectful workers at a constant ive been here for phone repairs not only is every policy incredibly stupid and time consuming for anyone who has a job work or a schedule you can’t make appointments and they make it so difficult for everything else everyone I’ve talked to is incrediably impatient talk down to me and have a very rude demeanor every single person who works here needs customer support training asap.

  I love any Apple Store. But this is the one in my home area. The people inside are always willing to help and are always able to answer any questions. The lady was able to help us with a payment problem. Be sure to always have an appointment before coming in if you need something done. They also always have a good selection of Apple accessories and third party Apple certified accessories inside near the back.
