  Jesse the manager made it very difficult to make a return for something defective on a the product. In the end he denied my return and gave very little support on next steps to take. I also paid for the Best Buy membership of $30 which did not seem to change his view or attitude toward the situation. As a customer I felt betrayed.

  I had a fantastic experience at this store! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, making my shopping trip enjoyable and stress-free. They had a great selection of electronics and the prices were competitive, so I definitely recommend checking it out.

  I had a great experience with Dylan on April 23rd! I had just come from a previous Best Buy where I was told they only accept "carrier locked phones" for trade ins, which didn't sound right. Dylan corrected the misinformation and made the entire process very quick & easy! He was incredibly helpful and friendly and also managed to get the last phone in stock that I wanted! Will definitely be coming back to this location unlike the other one.

  Terrible. I am still paying for a refrigerator and protection plan for the refrigerator that I never took possession of. If you order on line, they offer free delivery. If you are in a hurry you can pick up for free and they offer car side assistant. Do not do either shop elsewhere. I bought a MINI refrigerator, and went to pick it up. The box was larger than my car. They suggested I go get another car to pick it up, it was easier for THEM . Yes, I will go to my Jay Leno car collection and select something else. GMAB, I have one car. I ask them to switch it to delivery. They tell me it will be $100 to deliver the fridge one mile. I ask for a refund. But they did not complete the refund properly or refund the protection plan and in spite of me calling Best Buy and chatting online with an allaged human my card still shows Best Buy made $30. Not a full refund and no mention of restocking in my purchase. DO NOT SHOP HERE. RIP Big Box store, your era is over and the employees who are not thrilled to work there won’t miss their job.

  Never never get the mounting TV service for BEST BUY!! Worst experience I've ever had. I bought a new TV the Frame Pro and I included that service and unfortunately they brought a team from Best buy. The guy told me that was his last mounting of the day when we started talking at the beginning. We measure where the TV should go he did a few holes and he went back to his car because he was missing something and I realized we had it too high so I asked him to lower and he told NO! I'm done here I asked you before and that's where it's going to be and he hanging it and left and told me to call customer support. The TV wasn't hang and he said to his supervisor that he was when I changed my mind, which is a lie. When I called they said they would send someone to fix it and after week they told me that they decided to don't come and that I have to pay again if they want me to fix this. So never pay $159 for a service before you get what you really want they don't care when they already have their money! Name of the guy Michael Joan.
