  Went there for the first time a week ago, and because my dog is anxious and barks, the vet refused to do the examination until I could come back with her medicated on trazodone and gabapentin. She told me to schedule with the front desk which I did for the following Saturday. I was told I would get a text reminder and I never did. I medicated my dog with traz & gab and I called before I left to confirm that the appointment was still happening…. the receptionist said yes. While I was in route, someone called me back to say that they needed to reschedule for next Saturday because the vet wanted to make sure we had a full hour for the exam and the receptionist did not schedule an hour. This is completely unprofessional & disrespectful of my time to expect a customer to come back 3 weekends in a row because of their incompetence. Im a single income mom & a wellness practitioner & turned down paying work to come to this appointment. If it was the other way around they would charge me a reschedule fee. I will never be back to this place.

  My pup has an inflamed pp/irritated underbelly and they were very professional and accommodating. Very friendly staff. They did an ultrasound and collected a urine sample. The process was quick. The doctor prescribed ointment along with flea, tic, and mite medicine. Just waiting for the urinalysis results. Hoping everything is ok. I would drive 45 minutes to go here again if needed.

  I brought both of my cats here and I am so glad I did. The office was clean, the staff was beyond friendly and they really made us feel at home. I highly recommend them!

  The vet and vet tech who treated my animal were amazing and so kind every visit! I’d give them 5 stars but the woman at the front desk was pretty disrespectful over the phone and in person. Even during the event of putting down my animal and making an uneducated disrespectful comment. Single handily ruined my experience there. Other then the woman at the front dest I recommend
