- MBMelissa BrownApr 21, 20261.0Horrible customer service, will never go back and will not recommend to anyone. Staff was very rude on the phone. Had a coupon for 1st visit. Mentioned out 1st visit free in exam room so did not think we had to physical show the coupon. Saw bill when my husband got home. I called the same day asking to honor the coupon and they refused. It was only $100 dollars and we spent over $300 on our visit. Was scheduled to come back in 2 weeks for more vaccinations but we will not return. Would rather pay for another visit at another vet than go back.

- RFRachel F.Dec 13, 20185.0We have been taking our cats to this clinic for a while now and sadly, we had to put down our 5 month old kitty as he had FIP and would not have gotten better. We rushed Lou into their urgent care where they sat us in a private room and gently took our little Lou back for triage. We did not have to wait more than 5 minutes before someone came in to check on us with water and tissue, and less than 10 for Dr. Wetherell to explain what was happening. Dr. Wetherell and the vet tech's were so kind and compassionate to our family that I can't imagine anyone else easing his pain in his final moments, and being there for our family as we said goodbye.
