  I've been to the Geek Squad at Best Buy about 7 times in the last 6 weeks. After my first visit, I signed up for an annual subscription and I'm glad I did! My phone had so many things wrong with it, apps I couldn't delete, viruses I'd accidentally downloaded, updates that weren't working, etc. I mostly worked with Jason, who is amazing! And the one time he got stuck, he met with his co-workers and they worked out the issue. There was another guy whose name I don't know who was also awesome sauce! It's easy to get in for an appointment, their work is excellent and fast, and I'm much much much much much happier with my phone now. I highly recommend The Geek Squad!

  BEWARE!!! I made the grave mistake of contacting Best Buy geek squad to repair my refrigerator that I’ve already had repaired by them in 2020 under warranty that took 6 to 8 weeks to get completed the first time and the same part had to be replaced at least twice with as many appointments. This time I paid full price for an for a completely failed diagnostic, and it is now been SIX weeks and not only is my refrigerator not fixed, but they broke it completely attempting to make it work until the next week when they came with the part, and since then I have a completely unusable refrigerator and freezer. Before the unqualified technicians came and broke my freezer the food was still frozen but for example, an ice tray took a full day and a half to freeze. I tried to get ahead of the issue by having them come out and not having another disaster where I lost my entire fridge and freezer full of food but here we are. DO not use Best Buy geek squad they are inept and their customer service is absolute garbage.!!!!!!!! Beware! Then they had the nerve to try and demand payment for the part that didn’t fix anything, and to tell me that I had to pay before they left today not knowing if anything is working , with this second attempt to replace the exact same part that they “hope” is the issue. Worst service ever. I’ve tried to get a manager or someone other than a call center to help and nothing. Do not use and do NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM THEM!! Scam scam scam.
