  Management at the Santa Rosa Best Buy location has decided the handicap accessible stall in the men's room is not worthy of a working lock. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt when I was there around a month ago, thinking it likely just happened, but upon going to use the bathroom again when stopping by there today I was granted the privilege of the door being ajar from their broken lock and seeing a gentleman taking a dump. I am uncertain of whether this is a Best Buy corporate policy or simply the policy of local management at their Santa Rosa location. Either way, I am profoundly unimpressed and would have preferred not to walk up on a gentleman using the toilet, I'm certain he too would have preferred to avoid such an experience. Thanks Best Buy.

  The only reason I an giving a 4 star review is due to my initial interaction with the first sales representative, but following that negative experience I was blessed with the opportunity of working with Chris, who went far and beyond to assist me and make sure I was completely satisfied leaving the store. 2 days prior to this, I was fortunate enough to be helped by Michael, who also went far and beyond his job description to assist me and make sure I was taken care of to the best of his ability, while on my tight time frame.

  I've used the Geek Squad service so much lately for my phone, and their service is amazing! They've solved every single issue to date. I trust them so much that I've started an annual subscription for their services. I highly recommend them! I haven't needed much from Best Buy itself, but when I did make a small purchase recently, the staff was very helpful too. Everyone who works there has been helpful, useful, and knowledgeable.

  Darfur, dar, this is the best bank for your buck.As far as a burger, ager goes, air quality goes to make the order as far as like the well done or medium or rare and the shakes are pretty good too.
