  This Apple Store was extremely rude and unprofessional. I often travel overseas and needed a physical SIM slot, as well as a battery replacement, for which I had an appointment. I also brought an older iPhone 7 because I have a Bitcoin app on it, and when I made the appointment, I was told they had the battery available. The Santa Rosa store told me it was not worth replacing the battery and that I should simply buy a new iPhone 17. The staff spoke to me very aggressively, repeatedly yelling at me and pressuring me to finance or purchase a new phone. I don’t understand why I should buy a new phone now when the iPhone 18 is expected next month. Overall, the experience was extremely rude and disappointing.

  Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience at this Apple Store. I had a complicated trade-in and phone exchange issue, and while Lina was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional throughout the process, my experience with management was the complete opposite. I was given conflicting information about my $430 trade-in and, when I returned to resolve it, was treated in a confrontational and condescending way. I was even threatened with being banned from the store when I politely asked to speak with the manager who had previously agreed to help. I really appreciated Lina’s professionalism, but the way management handled the situation was extremely disappointing and not the level of customer service I expect from Apple.

  I brought a 16 inch MacBook Pro in the replace a broken display. It was returned to me with the hard drive erased. I was warned this might happen and accepted the risk. However, this was not necessary and probably done by Apple repair to save them a few minutes, at the cost of wasting a day of my time to fully set up a new Dec environment + loss of some non essential data. This is lazy and incompetent on Apple's part. MBP 16 inch M4 Max had two screens die in one year due to closing it on a cable or with a tiny piece of dirt insight- weak, borderline defective engineering. I expect better from Apple for a $5000 laptop.

  The staff are great, the store is lovely, etc. The entrance doors are an accessibility challenge. They are huge and not powered. I thought it was just me, straining to open the doors on a windy day, but as I was exiting the store a woman was struggling to open the doors, and I thought ok, I should say something. Someone with mobility challenges, a walker, a wheelchair, a stroller, both arms full... any of these situations would create a challenge for entering and exiting this store. Do better!
