- KKK.DJun 11, 20261.0I just wanted to get a new phone case. Not sure if we have to do by appointment only? I was never helped or spoken to. I waited for around 10min. All the workers were busy with others, no instructions if I needed to put my name somewhere or if I had to have an appointment. They have no case out for purchase that you could just grab like they used to when it was inside the Santa Rosa. They also only have iPhone 17 cases on display, I have iPhone 16. I guess I would have to wait and be helped by someone in order for them to go get my phone case from the back and purchase, assuming they have iPhone 16 cases. Not sure if Apple is intending it to be this way or not. It’s nice inside, but not very functional.

Here on Wednesday for the appointment and waiting 19 minutes while walk ins are helped. Bad design! The phones look cool but their store flow is ridiculous!!

- GLGianna Giovannini LovellJun 4, 20262.0do not go without an appointment! the employees are AMAZING, once you can get one to talk to you (and if you are nice to them + don't ask dumb questions). this store NEEDS MORE STAFF. if a manager is looking at this- you need more staff NOW this is atrocious, your devices cost $1000+ dollars each, the service should reflect this insane price by being the best it can, and it is not. So much waiting around, so little communication between each department. neeeeeeeeeed more employees asap. like, yesterday. 5 star care just 1 star for the rest, hence, 2.
