  Absolutely the worst store and service of all Apple stores I visited . Staff do not care, do not possess information, walk around in groups while clients are waiting for hours. This is the apogee of worsening of services and companies like Apple behaving as arrogant monopolies with its staff barely noticing waiting clients . The worst store and not to visit .

  This Apple Store is so disorganized! Definitely regret coming here to do a simple data transfer. Last week they made me wait two hours and then it turned out the data transfer might take a few days instead of a few hours. It seems that Genius Bar employees have no clue about certain things. Came back this week and have to wait an hour again to see someone because when the employee assessed my Mac they didn’t log it! It’s literally so bad! Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time and energy!!

  We purchased a new Mac Air online for our college student and receive a receipt for a trade in of our our older Mac Air of "Total estimated trade-in refund: $165.00" . When she went to pick up the new computer and trade in the old computer the Manager Mark refused to honor the trade in refund. I as her parent believe because no parent was with her they took advantage of her and refused to honor the trade in refund. We should have purchase at the college store and would have been treated with more respect. Do not use this store!!!

  Went to go pick up my new iPhone in burgundy and my work phone in glacier. I got the 18 Pro Max in the burgundy car. I absolutely love it and then I got the 18 pro in glacier which is also super cute in a translucent case. Anyway four stars because I feel like the training I was observing was really uncomfortable. You couldn’t tell that they themselves were uncomfortable and I was wondering how they received employment because of that kind of energy so it seemed like there were a few people like that around and that was just really offputting and unsettling

  I came to upgrade my phone and the overall customer experience was awful. They hyper rushed me through and there was absolutely no personal touch or genuine customer care. I wanted to learn more about the phone I was upgrading to but only got the standard sound bites. Once they completed the purchase, I was sent to the setup table where the person who initially helped me left, the new person helping me also left, and the last lady assisting at the table was incredibly uninterested in being helpful. Once my phone number transferred, she told me multiple times ‘I think you’re good’ and ‘I think you can leave.’ Mind you, I know this place can get busy but it wasn’t. I was one of three people at the table, all in various timelines of download. I really had no idea what I should save or pay attention to before my old device got wiped. I was given no real instruction, just rushed through. (I really regret not saving my open tabs online - remember this!) No one came back and checked that I was good, asked if I had questions, or offered to show me features on the new phone. Just another ‘I think you’re good’ and I walked out, $1000 spent on a phone upgrade I was clueless about. Really lackluster customer service. I was excited for a new phone when I walked in and depressed about it when I left.
