  Long waits, even with appointments. Employees are more interested in ending their days than listening to customers. Very disappointing experience today that leaves me feeling very frustrated. Wish I had gone somewhere else.

  Phone service is a joke. I called the 310 number and it sent me to someone in another country then she said she would transfer me to the store and it sent me to ANOTHER phone attendant not on location. And now that person can't figure out how to connect me to the store. Unacceptable and unfortunately this review will not fix anything at all but at least other customers will know what to expect.

  An incredibly frustrating experience that has caused me a massive financial burden and blocked me from starting my new business. I bought a high-end MacBook Pro, and from day one, it trapped me in a nightmare loop, refusing to recognize my network, email, phone number, and recovery key. I spent weeks running between three stores until an Apple receptionist finally revealed that unless the computer is bound to an iPhone, this login failure loop continuously repeats. Apple completely fails to train independent shops like Computer Palace or contracted repair centers like Best Buy on this critical software requirement.Apple did not refuse to spend time fixing the loop, but I ultimately had to give up because I refused to waste any more of my lifespan on a broken system when I have a life mission and a business to run. Because of Apple's flawed ecosystem and a business team member backing out of a promised refund, I am now out $3,099.34 for a computer that does not work for me. On top of that, an Apple technician wanted me to spend an estimated $500 to $600+ on repairs for my old laptop just to get it ready for data transfer, while only offering a insulting $50 trade-in value. To make matters worse, my final emails to them bizarrely disappeared from my Gmail inbox and trash. I have suffered thousands of dollars in losses and lost precious time just trying to get a functioning workspace. Apple charges premium prices but relies on a broken, deceptive support system.
