  hey guys quick question, what's the tool you guys used for the dyson airwrap to undo the screws at the bottom so I can clean the filter by the connection? was it a T5? or 4? I think I can clean it myself so I don't have to come in. Thanks!

  The guys that work here are super rude. They didn’t fix my blow dryer that is still under warranty and said that’s the best they could do. My Dyson still makes a whistling noise after waiting two hours. The guy who helped me spoke over me and got extremely rude when I said it wasn’t fixed. I will never purchase a Dyson again since this is how repairs go and because of how many people were there for their Dyson that broke within a year.
