They took care of me and out the door in 30 minutes!
The Technician was not 100% sure what the problem was with my V15 but said it could have been a variation of things.
Broke it down and explained wat could have gone wrong and replaced the whole unit!
Just awesome.
I officially have brand loyalty to Dyson! My purifier fan started making a whining noise, so I took it in to have the motor inspected.
This was quite the drive from West LA, but I think it’s much better than blindly shipping your machine.
I waited roughly 15 minutes until I was called up. The tech listened to me understood my problem ran diagnostics on the machine and confirmed that the motor had to be replaced.
I left a fan with them and drove back home. Next morning, I got a call from the tech with the unfortunate news that the motor replacement has failed, so they ordered me a brand new fan in the exact same color and the fan arrived 2 days later.
I’m genuinely impressed with this level of service. While I’m a bit upset the repair failed, I’m very impressed with how they took care of me in such quick turnaround.
For what it’s worth, the majority of people before me were able to get their machines fixed on site fairly quickly, so perhaps I just got unlucky in that sense.

I really had a good experience and the guys here were great. The wait was a bit long but they did a fantastic job managing the crowd and helping everyone out. Highly recommend these workers to their management!! My visit was on March 24th, 2026 around noon.

I called ahead of time to make sure I could actually be able to walk in, I spoke with Bobby who was very kind and informative. He informed me that it was just him working that day so I might experience a wait. I brought a book to keep me busy. When I got there, there were maybe 2 people ahead of me. Make sure you have your product’s serial number before you go. There were QR codes posted on the walls which you scan to check in. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently Bobby helped everyone, and when he got to me he very quickly fixed my Dyson’s issue. There were SO many people who came in. I wish the store staffed more service people, not because Bobby didn’t efficiently help (he went above and beyond), but for the amount of money people are spending on products, I’d imagine they could afford more staff to support the people they do have on. I was told how to resolve my issue in the future and while I hope I don’t have to go back, I had such an easy experience I won’t mind.
