- LSLia SongMar 26, 20265.0Front desk and techs are okay. Kudos to Dr.Farquar, both times she was AMAZING with our puppy and answered our thousands of questions without a hurry. The location is not walking distance like the other hospital we visited today but it is worth the trip to have a more comprehensive examination on my pet.

The front desk staff here is very friendly and our interactions with the Dr were friendly and thorough making sure everything was explained in detail. Not to mention the Dr was very patient with my 10lb Chiweenie who had to be muzzled. We signed up for the Care Cub Plan and walked out of there not feeling scammed.

I was quite anxious since we are going through really tough time, but the nurse and doctor provides plans and what each option offers. This eases our worries knowing that there is are plans based on the test results.

We mentioned his diarrhea to a different doctor for our second visit, new issue - sneezing, just to give her some context, in case anything was missed. Then she told the insurance saying my cat has a pre-existing condition, diarrhea…. I’m like what??? We paid total like $500-$600 in this hospital, and they have diagnosed nothing but now my cat has a pre-existing condition, diarrhea???? Will never come back again.
