  If I could rate this experince a 0 I would. I have never written a review in my life but this did it for me. I went in asking about an issue on my iPhone 18 and they treated me like I was stupid even though the genius had to google the answer to my issue. That didn’t solve anything because no progress was made on my question. As I’m leaving the store I ask a salesman if he had heard of this issue before and gives me the worst analogy ever. That instead it ends up making his co worker sound stupid. Told me if I “Google if there are sick people in the hospital of course I will find that there are” to my respond being I didn’t Google the issue your colleague did and I think he realized how stupid he made her sound and tells me well I’m a sales person not a genius. On top of that, he would refuse to let me speak and tell him my issue without him “already knowing the answer”. Very disappointed and too bad it’s the only Apple Store near here.

  Recently this year i bought Ipad sn LLFJQ469V0 and couple days ago finger scanner stop working, i visited today this shop with hope that Company will simply exchange my Ipad by a new one but instead they said that they dont have a new and my ipad should be repaired and they ordered part. I was shocked and have now words. Really disappointed by Brand

  ⭐️ 1 star Very disappointing and disrespectful experience at the Apple Store this morning, August 8, around 10 AM. I came in specifically to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro Max. A female employee, approximately 5'1" tall, with brown hair and bangs, asked me whether I was just looking or actually buying. I clearly told her that I wanted to buy the phone, and she told me to wait. I waited for about 30 minutes. During that time, I asked her twice about being helped, but she continued to assist other customers. What really upset me was that I watched her help other people and even send them to checkout, while completely ignoring me despite knowing that I was waiting to purchase a phone. I understand that Apple Stores can be busy, and I don't mind waiting if there is a reasonable explanation. But being left standing there for 30 minutes while watching the same employee serve other customers made me feel deliberately ignored and disrespected. This was not the level of customer service I expected from Apple. I came in ready to make a purchase and was treated as if my time didn't matter. Extremely frustrating experience. I hope management reviews what happened and addresses this kind of treatment.
