  There’s a young lady that was working Sunday 05-03-26 and she did not want to assist me. She only wanted to assist the Spanish speaking customers that came after I arrived. I needed assistance with a bill that came through with no explanation and my Apple Watch eSIM continuously was getting disconnected. The young lady wanted to charge me for the service even though I just had it down in cricket a couple days ago but it’s not working. She did not like that I was asking for an explanation to why it may not be accepting the eSIM even after I was charged but she stated she doesn’t want to look into it any further and started speaking in Spanish to other customers. I kindly asked if there was anything that could be done in store and she refused to respond to me. Another customer that was present explained that she didn’t know a lot of English and that I should try another cricket store location for help. She was very rude and not very helpful which sucks because the other guy that I’ve been serviced by was very friendly and knowledgeable.
