They are super friendly and welcoming, and clearly care about our pets even though our 15 year old cats are cranky and not friendly during visits. We see Dr. Beck and Dr. Lee who are both wonderful Veterinarians! They have given us great recommendations for managing our kitty's kidney disease and hyperactive thyroid which was not caught until we started taking them to VCA.

- LLL LFeb 2, 20203.0First let me say I LOVE DR Hitchcock, and won’t see anyone else. The most important thing to me is when your dog/cat needs medical attention you want to be treated with kindness, compassion and respect, sometimes it’s hit or miss with the staff. Since they became a VCA you can no longer get a simple shot without an office visit, IF, your dog hasn’t been seen in a year, so if your dog is fine, healthy and needs shots, you must now pay for an office visit; $75 + shots =approx $110, and if you have 2 dogs.. well you get it. I’ll now go to the clinic for shots. * For me, the change from local vets office to a VCA wasn’t for the better, just more expensive for the client.

Technician was very nice. With kindness, he gave us the explanation, procedure and past experiences in two languages, is so cool to receive attention like this. 😸Thank you guys !!😸
