  Hey, it's Gabriel from PhonePros & Repairs in Gilroy. I wanted to share my experience because I was worried about my kitten, Storm. I wasn't sure of his age or even his gender because I was given incorrect information when I got him. I called on Monday, explained my concerns, and they were able to get me an appointment the very next morning at 8:20 AM, which worked perfectly with my work schedule. I just got out of my visit at VCA San Martin Animal Hospital with Dr. Amy Goulart and the nursing staff, and they were amazing. They provided outstanding customer service, which means a lot to me as a business owner because I understand how important it is to treat people well. Everyone took the time to answer my questions, give me helpful advice, and make sure I understood how to properly care for Storm. I left feeling much more confident and informed than when I arrived. This definitely won't be Storm's last visit. We even signed up for the CareClub Wellness Plan, and our visit and vaccinations were covered through it, which was a great bonus. Thank you to Dr. Goulart and the entire team for taking such great care of Storm. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional veterinary team

  Best Vet in South County! Got me an apt quickly over the phone. No wait at apt! Care team and Lauren were amazing! Thank you for a great experiance!

  This place is extremely money hungry, they tell you one thing then they do the complete opposite. I have written proof of your vet telling me my dog can get flea medicine with no prescription. (She also was given a first dose without it) BUT NOW she needs heart worm medication when it was not needed before. I have not been back to this place since and I will no longer be returning to them. My dog needs her flea medication and I can’t sit here and deal with a money grab for me to get it. UNPROFESSIONAL

  I had booked an appointment for Monday, but they called and got my kitty in quick when they had availabilty which was amazing. They have separate entrances for cats and dogs. They were so sweet and gentle with my cat, giving her lovings and making sure she wasn't scared. They are transparent with prices and thorough gathering informations. 10/10 for me!

  Went for first visit today. Staff very friendly. Vet was wonderful. So happy to find out that if my dog gets sick, she will be able to be seen the same day! Last vet on Cottle had one appointment available a day for a sick dog. If you were not the first client to call in at 7am for that appointment you had to go to Sage or MedVet. I left very happy!
