Wynston's Ice Cream Co.

Wynston's Ice Cream Co. is a handcrafted, super-premium ice cream shop in San Marcos — tucked into the North City development, three minutes from CSUSM. We make eighteen flavors at a time: eight "Always" classics (Old Reliable Vanilla, F.T.W. Chocolate, and Strawberry — all national award winners) plus eight "Sometimes" flavors that rotate the first of every month, some voted on by our community, and two "Hold-the-Cow" dairy-free flavors that rotate each month — no separate corner, no afterthought. We also serve dirty sodas year-round at our San Marcos shop — café-style drinks built with fountain soda, flavored syrups, and creams. Add a scoop of ice cream on top and call it a float. Open late: Sun–Thu until 10pm, Fri–Sat until 11pm.
