    It’s become incredibly frustrating to get assistance over the phone. There’s now an AI system you have to navigate just to reach a live representative, which takes 5–6 minutes on its own - not including the lengthy disclaimer about it being new, potentially making mistakes, and implying consent to terms just by continuing the call. After finally reaching someone, I asked a few questions about installation and service fees and then requested to schedule an appointment over the phone. I was told that to book an appointment that way, I would need to pay in full immediately or alternatively, go online and schedule it myself. At that point, it felt like the convenience and customer care I used to associate with Best Buy were no longer there. Instead, the process now requires an unnecessary amount of time and effort just to accomplish something that used to be simple. Overall, what should have been a straightforward interaction turned into a 15–20 minute process just to get basic needs addressed, an experience that feels inefficient and disappointing.

    Don’t trust this store’s life time warranty!!! I bought my IPhone at this store and bought an over priced screen protector at the same time. The reason I bought the over priced screen protector because the salesman told me it is lifetime warranty and they would replace it anytime free with lifetime warranty. Today I went into the store, first I was told need to pay service fee $7.99, then their system could see I have accounts but couldn’t find the receipt. Eventually I was told they don’t have my phone model screen protector and can’t do it at all. I feel so disappointed and frustrated with Best Buy. I can’t trust to purchase any electronics and service there anymore. First, their computer service will not keep your transaction records and deny your service; Secondly, their lifetime warranty is probably only a short time, not lifetime at all or they just say lifetime because they just wanted to sell something to you at the moment.

    If Best buy is wondering why they're going out of business let me help. Your target audience is impulse buying. That's me. Ready to impulse buy. So when I call your number to see if you have something in stock and I get some garbage AI that can't understand literally anything. Then I get transferred to customer support that is now outsourced in India who also cannot understand anything you have now taken your target audience, the impulse buyer and made me willing to wait for amazon. Which is now what I'm doing.
