  Were having some issues when we transferred phones and change from sim to esim. We went to the SF store first and they can't fix it (Charged us $11). We later visit this location on 14th st. To double check. We were greeted by Moe and he fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes, free of charge. Great guy, really friendly, and extremely helpful with our other questions. Highly recommend.

  I want to acknowledge Sam, who was a big help when I had problems with my phone. He was nice, friendly & very knowledgeable about what was going on. Sam is a great rep for your company!!

  I was impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable Antonio Espinoza was January 2018 when I bought an iPhone 6 for my fiancé at this local store. Unfortunately the phone was stolen right off a table in Nevada May 27. I could not report a stolen phone using my web account. Cricket customer service suggested I immediately go to a store with access to the proper support systems. I turned to Antonio who suspended the phone service and corrected the name and password. It could be easiest to buy a new phone in Nevada so Antonio told me the correct terminology to ask a store: 1) un-suspend the line, 2) upgrade to a new phone and 3) change the number. Getting the phone was too much as my fiancé was looking after a sick relative and little daughter so I again went back to Antonio. He sold me a new slate gray phone with a pink case and did extra work to get her a Nevada number. We tested the phone against my phone and I shipped with battery installed to be sure it worked. I tried the US Post Office first hoping for weekend delivery. USPS can ship an iPhone ground but an installed battery is unsafe to ship to Las Vegas where they only use aircraft. They recommended UPS who shipped the phone UPS ground the same day, Thursday, it arrived Monday. 5 stars are not enough for Antonio’s attitude, patience, skill and speed.
