  Used this receiver/delivery company for a client who purchased a new home in Carmel. Communication was a breeze, the crew who delivered was professional and efficient, price was in line with our budget.

  I recently used this storage and delivery service, and while the actual storage and delivery aspects went smoothly, my experience with the owner & ops director left much to be desired. When I reached out with questions about certain fees, I was met with a surprising lack of empathy. Instead of a constructive conversation, the response was dismissive, and I felt threatened when I was told that any further discussion (leaving a review) could lead to legal action for slander. This reaction was not only unnecessary but also made me uncomfortable. In an industry where client relations are crucial, it's disappointing to encounter such a lack of understanding and support.

  worst customer service ever. The scheduler girl likes to cut customers off before they even had a chance to explain the call, scold people and then hang up on their customers when she feels like she has had enough.
