- JAJaiden AthanassiasMay 20, 20261.0Horrible experiences at this vet with 2 different animals. Save yourself the time and trouble and find a better vet. It is Wednesday. On Friday my dog has an appointment for two injections, without which she is not able to walk. They called me today to cancel. Do you think it's possible to find another veterinarian who can do those injections in 2 days? Not likely. Also, I took my dog in there who was limping and chasing his ball and after $1,300, they were not able to tell me anything except that they could repeat the tests in a couple of months. This is the worst customer service I've ever received in 25 years of owning pets and having to interact with veterinarians. I cannot recommend VCA at this location unless you want to be left hanging when your poor dog is in pain and had an appointment that they decided to cancel.

The front desk folks are great, and the vets really care about the care of the animals they see. They've really gone above and beyond the care I'd expect from a typical business, as our dog & cat have had numerous complex problems to solve! I really value the individuals that work at this business and their high standards of excellence in care, in addition to friendliness, timeliness, and value.
- AAAnnabelFeb 6, 20265.0This office has very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic staff. It has been easy to email them for concerns, advice and prescriptions. I took our cat for a lesion and before the test results they already predicted it was ringworm, so we were already set with medication. Another time I called concerned about our cat’s urinary blockage and they provided a helpful answer over the phone. As they are popular appointments usually cannot be booked right away (usually 1-2 weeks out), but it is easy to do with the vca app.
