Avoid this place🚫 I brought my dog here FOUR(4) times for a one-ear infection with Dr. Chaboya, which should be a minor issue. Over $1,200 in bills later, it was never fully resolved. Every question I asked got a vague, noncommittal answer. PLUS twice they were unable to even examine him, yet no one told me beforehand that sedation would be needed. I showed up for nothing and still got charged the exam fee each time. Most recently, they messed up my appointment time (10 minutes earlier than what I was told) and turned me away for being "late." I received zero text or email reminders. When I pointed out their mistake, the front desk just smiled and acted like nothing was wrong, no apology, no accountability. Disappointing. Won't be coming back!
