- SMSandra MendesJul 11, 20265.0I have been a client for many years. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable and kind.
- HFHaijing FuJun 9, 20261.0Such a bad experience and we will never come back. My dog’s ear infection took us 5 visits!! I took my dog to another vet and got cured at only one visit.
- YSYixi SJun 9, 20261.0Used to be a great place during Covid, but not anymore. Look at all the recent 1 star reviews! Avoid this place🚫 I brought my dog here FOUR(4) times for a one-ear infection with Dr. Chaboya, which should be a minor issue. Over $1,200 in bills later, it was never fully resolved. Every question I asked got a vague, noncommittal answer. PLUS twice they were unable to even examine him, yet no one told me beforehand that sedation would be needed. I showed up for nothing and still got charged the exam fee each time. Most recently, they messed up my appointment time (10 minutes earlier than what I was told) and turned me away for being "late." I received zero text or email reminders. When I pointed out their mistake, the front desk just smiled and acted like nothing was wrong, no apology, no accountability. Disappointing. Won't be coming back!
- AGAnahita GoshtasbiMay 2, 20262.0Horrible call also if they can’t sort something out they can either refer you to a hospital of theirs miles away or refer you to a out one that will cost extra but they closed done all the specialty and emergency hospitals near San Jose used to be better don’t go there.
- MSM SDec 31, 20185.0We just changed vets and we are very happy so far. We live very close so it's very convenient. We all really like the doctor, she's very knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor already knew our dog's name the next time we came I'm. They offer many services that are very accommodating for your dog or cat. Again we are very happy that we found succh a great vet closer to home and our dog seems happy too. They offer many types of food and non allergenic treats. We feel our dog is in good hands here. Thank you!
