  This would be a five star review were it not for the attitude and disregard of Millie, one of the supervisors. I’ve taken all 3 of my dogs here for the past 4 years and they’ve all been enrolled in Care Club for most of this time. Today, I received a call from Millie telling me that I would not be able to re-enroll my oldest dog in Care Club because my account is supposedly delinquent and that Care Club said I owe $400+ dollars. I do not. Millie said - “Well, the account is not settled so we’re gonna have to take Max(my dog) off Care Club and charge you for his exam yesterday.” I’d already paid off a total balance back in January that unfortunately had gone into collections because the card I had been using for payment was deactivated due to fraud. Anyhow - that was a whole issue but thankfully paid it off as soon as I’d record the collection notice. I told Millie this is crazy because the account had already been settled months ago. I told her I’d already talked on the phone to collections and Care Club back when I paid everything off. Instead of offering any acknowledgment or understanding of how this may be frustrating, she goes on to repeat herself as to what she’d have to do with cancelling and billing me again. I’ve worked in management and customer service for many years and this is not the way you talk to customers. She did not acknowledge anything I said until I finally told her again that “this is ridiculous because I definitely paid that balance off and made sure the account was settled.” Then she finally said “well we’ll give you a week to settle this with Care Club but if it isn’t we’re going to have to collect new payment for Max’s visit.” Her attitude is even more disappointing because I’ve literally taken my 3 dogs here for 4 years and spent TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars on their care. Why. On. Earth. Would I be lying about settling an account when I’ve continued to have my other dogs enrolled?! It’s just crazy. I hate leaving bad reviews but this just did not sit well with me. Side note: I think I dealt with Millie a year or so ago and she seemed nice before. Not sure what the issue is but this needs to be corrected.

  It was fine except I'm very concerned that the Veterinarian that we were seen by had not even heard of my dog's dog food brand which is a super premium brand focusing on animal protein as the major ingredient and not full of fillers like grains or modified ingredients. Any vet should be familiar with a brand such as this.

  I went today and they were so nice and helpful. Answered all my questions, gave me a few tips and were super kind. Will be taking my kitties there from now
