  Do not take your pet here. Wish I could give less than one star. Billing is a joke with some clear miscommunication going on between front desk/drs/vet tech. Delays in test results because submitted incorrectly to lab. And, finally, today was the last straw. My 14 year old pup was nervous about a procedure and had to be pre sedated which we did two hours before the appointment. Tech took him back and he wasn’t sleepy enough. But in the time they were finding a new appointment day and prescribed heavier sedation, he calmed down and was pretty clearly ready to go as he could barely hold his head up. I asked if the tec could come check if he would be ok to try one more time. But the answer was that she could not come back out to the lobby again “for my pet’s safety”. I have a 14 year old dog. Every sedation, especially a higher dos, comes with risk. It would have done nothing for her to simply come out and see if he started shaking again like the first time or if they could attempt do the urine draw as planned. Edited to add: I found another nearby vet later this afternoon who was able to examine my dog (10 hours after sedation was given, so mostly alert). The amazing staff there were able to get the urine draw completed with no issues saying, “well he’s nearly blind so he was a bit scared, but once we started talking to him he calmed right down.”

  They are super friendly here. Feels very trustworthy and seems like they know what they are doing. Short wait times. Would recommend. They coned our dog
