  I switched over to Cricket after using Verizon and Sprint for decades. I haven't had an issue with them at all other than being overcharged a few times. The service is great. I often have service when others do not. I'd say that the options for flagship phones would be nice but other than that there is no issue. The people at this particular location are very helpful and always have a great attitude. They don't complain about transferring your information or assisting with your phone if something is wrong. It's nice and it goes a very long way. Thanks guys 😊

  Brenda and Luis were both extremely helpful in helping me get my new phone and keep my same number. They worked with me and my budget and they showed compassion and empathy. As a transgender woman I also felt very welcomed and safe during the entire interaction. My girlfriend and I felt safe and they even offered a gift for my 3 yr old son which meant the world to our family. Thank you Brenda and thank you Luis!
