I went here 2x with same experience. First to see if they have Mac neo in blush, every male staff is not busy just talking. No one approach to ask if I need help. Then again, I came to see if they iPhone pro max in burgundy. I was waiting for the guy to finish talking to other customer. There are group of male staff talking behind that guy. Not even pay attention if I need help. Then the guy I was waiting, turn his back on us. What the heck with these people??? Thanks to the young lady to mind asking us if we need help.

Extremely rude and unprofessional experience at the Apple Store at Oakridge Mall. I was simply trying to ask an employee whether my dad could ask a question over the phone. While I was speaking with another employee, a different employee interrupted and, in an incredibly rude and dismissive tone, said, “That’s what Apple Support is for.” I understand that Apple Support handles certain questions, but there was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer with that kind of attitude. Instead of politely explaining the proper process, he acted as though I was wasting his time and made a simple question into an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction. What bothered me most was the arrogance, condescending attitude, and complete lack of basic courtesy. If your response to a customer asking a reasonable question is to make them feel stupid for asking, you clearly need a lesson in customer service. There’s nothing impressive about being rude and then hiding behind company policy. The irony is that he was quick to tell us to contact Apple Support, yet somehow seemed incapable of providing the most basic form of support himself: speaking to a customer respectfully. Apparently, customer service at this location means having an attitude and then passing the customer off to someone else. I came in expecting help and left wondering why I was treated like I was a problem for simply asking a question. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at an Apple Store. Extremely disappointing, completely unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing for Apple. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds employees that customers deserve patience and respect—even when the answer is simply to direct them somewhere else. A little professionalism and basic manners would go a long way.

I don't recommend to go there. The shop manager should pay his/her attention to train the staffs.

Well I went to the store and I was going to buy a laptop just like any other customer, the thing was that the staff didn’t communicate well, they were confused and since I was with my parents and my parents speak Spanish I nicely asked for someone who could speak Spanish they took a long time on finding a person too. They weren’t explaining what my parents asked, they were kinda mean, and I can’t believe there were 3 people saying the same thing over and over again. If I asked someone to help my parents in Spanish it was for them I can speak perfect English so I don’t really know why they were only talking to me in English while my parents were literally in front of them asking to explain them in Spanish. Really poor service.
