    I had an exceptional experience at the Dyson San Francisco store, thanks to Patrick. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right product for my needs. Patrick took the time to explain the features and benefits of the different Dyson products without ever making me feel pressured. He answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, making the entire shopping experience enjoyable and informative. What truly stood out was his commitment to outstanding customer service. His expertise, positive attitude, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to encounter someone who is so passionate about helping customers and ensuring they leave completely satisfied. Patrick is a tremendous asset to Dyson, and because of his exceptional service, I will gladly recommend the Dyson San Francisco store to friends and family.     This place has terrible customer service. They treat me like I'm too ugly and poor to purchase their products. Very rude and disrespectful. Go buy your products online or from different locations.

    don’t buy the v16 just yet if you’re expecting to use all of the app features. the vacuum itself is great, but the app still registers it as an “unknown machine,” so many of its features are unavailable. what made this especially frustrating was that online chat and hotline support were very confident the issue was my original device. they even sent me a return label and assured me i’d receive a replacement that would fully work with the app. but there was no way i was going to ship it out and wait around 15 days, so i went in store instead and got a replacement. the san francisco demo store staff helped me set up the new device with the app in-store, and from the beginning they were actually right—the app would not work with this model either, despite what online and hotline support insisted. the saving grace of this entire experience was the demo store staff. trust the people whose hands actually touch these vacuums every day. miguel was incredibly helpful during my first purchase. i didn’t catch the name of another staff member (he’s in one of my photos), but he patiently helped me set up the replacement in-store and confirmed the same app issue. and the biggest shoutout goes to zac, who has been patiently updating me since january on the v16’s availability. he consistently told me the issue wasn’t my vacuum, and i owe him an apology for not believing him sooner. still giving this store 5 stars—not because of the v16 or the online/hotline support (those honestly get a 0/100 from me), but because the sf demo store staff are outstanding. they’re knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about helping customers. they were the saving grace of this entire experience.

    I had an excellent experience with Angel and wanted to express my sincere gratitude for his outstanding customer service.Before speaking with Angel, I contacted another representative who did not understand my issue and simply advised me to dry the filter. Unfortunately, that did not solve the problem.Angel, however, carefully listened to me, immediately understood what was wrong with my Dyson, and quickly arranged for the replacement part to be ordered. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly impressive. I absolutely love when people work with passion and genuinely know their job. Angel is one of those rare employees who goes above and beyond for customers. He clearly knows his work 100%, and it shows. Thank you, Angel, for your patience, expertise, and dedication. You made the entire experience stress-free and pleasant. Dyson is lucky to have an employee like you. I wish you continued success and all the best in your career!
