  Had a wonderful experience at Dyson Union Square. I purchased a pro hairdryer and had it shipped to store so I didn’t have to worry about the package sitting in front of my home. Patrick was so helpful with processing it, and making sure I received my Pro discount. He was lovely and I hope they keep sweet helpful people like him at the store.

  Great experience. Amazing service! 100% recommended. On top of just being a cool space, Zachary was a huge help! My Dyson v11 is 5 years old and suddenly stopped working. I’d been going down rabbit holes trying to figure out how to repair it myself. It was overwhelming and stressing me out. I finally threw up my hands and brought it in. Zachary greeted me and showed great listening skills. In just a few minutes he was able explain possible issues, paths forward, and make a diagnosis. Turned out to be a motor issue, and we were able solve the issue in store! Replacing the main body turned out to be way cheaper than buying a whole new vacuum. I purchased the replacement part for a fraction of the price of a new unit. Zachary helped me install and put everything back together. I was out of there in no time, and my v11 has a whole new life ahead!! I 100% support this business in my neighborhood.

  The term “cooling” in any of their purifiers should be removed they do not cool in any meaningful way. And at level 10 the air flow is negligible unless you are in a 200sqft closed room. If in a small room they are likely great. A home sized room won’t do it. Please do not be fooled. My $100 air purifier from Walmart moves the air better and costs less. I regret both of my purchases. I should have gotten one and then went from there. Never again. At 10 you can only feel a light breeze if you are right next to it.
