Last week I purchased an IPhone 17 from this store. Christopher was a wonderful sales person as he was patient and efficient and not at all aggressive. Shay was very good about helping. Me set up my phone. Carol DeVincenzi, 88 years old.

I didn't have an appointment but was helped immediately pretty much. I knew what I needed but was going to look and try some of the nice shiny new things they have in display. That didn't happen because right away the tech answered my questions and I ended up getting a great deal. The store is beautiful as all the Apple stores are, am I right? I wish they didn't have to add the giant glass windows and door. It used to be so great to just see this store so open and inviting. Does anyone remember when Stonestown was an outdoor mall; before becoming a "galleria"?

Brought family members here twice in the last month for tech support. Each time we were greeted with a smile, and helped much faster than the time we were told to wait. Yesterday Joe made it so easy to get in and out. This place is the bees knees! Thanks again.

Oh Apple .. how I wish I wasn't placing this review. Not everyone is tech savvy, and when issues with a brand new phone come up, usually this is the place to help you. The manager listened to me, but didn't provide the techs name. We are having a power issue with my mom's Apple 17 pro. Instead of trying to figure out the issue, he factory resets the phone. Doesn't even tell me, just does it. Nothing was backed up, what can we do? we have questions coming up when the phone is restarting. He clearly seemed agited and just said to answer the questions on the phone. My mom says 'I'm not sure how to do this' He says 'well maybe it's about time you learn' It was so uncomfortable, I was afraid to ask any questions. We felt dumb, and helpless. Wouldn't you want to try and see what the issue is, especially with the newest model? No, they just wanted us out as quick as possible. The minute we left, the phone turned off and had the same problem. So here we are, same problem, and lost all her information. Do better Apple. We pay a lot of money for your products. Don't make the elders feel like crap because they may not be up to date with the tech of the world.

One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had at Apple. I arrived early for my 2:10 PM appointment and checked in as instructed. After waiting for nearly an hour, I watched multiple people who arrived after me get helped and leave before I was even acknowledged. When I finally asked a technician what was going on, I was told that my appointment had somehow been automatically canceled shortly after I arrived. I was then told I would be expedited to the front of the line, but I still ended up waiting another 20 minutes while continuing to watch other customers receive assistance before me. When it was finally my turn, the entire interaction lasted about two minutes. I was told that I needed to update and restore my phone using the latest operating system on my MacBook to troubleshoot the issue. That was it. The reason I came in was because I’ve been experiencing ongoing problems with my phone, including the display intermittently not showing up and calls dropping during both regular phone calls and FaceTime. I left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously and that the level of service I received was completely unsatisfactory. I recently upgraded from an iPhone 15 Pro to an iPhone 17, but so far it honestly feels more like a downgrade than an upgrade. Between the device issues and today’s experience, I’m extremely disappointed.
