  I bought a new iPhone with trade in of my old one 2 weeks ago, and only received it on Sep 18, the guy who working in the store was convincing me that they can’t take my old iPhone because it’s been more than two weeks and I need to call to Apple to confirm that I can still return it as a trade in. First of all, it’s been less than two weeks when I received it, and second, I’m very disappointed that trade in started in online store cannot be completed in the physical store - such a shame for a company like Apple. I think he was just didn’t wanna deal with it because I was not buying anything and just returning. Very lame.

  Rude staff. Stop rolling your eyes at the customers. It’s Iphone season and you guys are not even busy for a reason 🤷‍♀️

  Worse service experienced. I came in Sunday to inquire waiting time for Monday appointments, very nice young man told me to come at opening time 11am the next day. On Monday , another employee booked me for 3hours 45 minutes waiting time . Then I receive a text message that the appointment was pushed further to 5 hours 35 minutes waiting time ?!?! And the other employee deterred me to wait as he explained I would have to leave my computer overnight !?!? Just for a tacky key !! They were very confusing and not proactively helping . They left me with no appointments and no solutions ! Very very disappointing as I always used this location . Apple Inc , do something please , your quality is eroding !

  I recognize the job is a retail sales associate job and these folks have it hard and get all kinds of flak from customers. However, when I brought in my old phone (black screen, dead charging port) to pick up my new phone and get help setting up my new phone from an iCloud backup, I found the men working at this store to present wrong information (that I was able to see was wrong by later searching) at best and to be aggressively unhelpful at worst. I will do my best to avoid this Apple store in the future. I have not had an experience like this at an Apple store (or any store that I can think of) before.

  Went into the store was told it would take 40 minutes for us to be seen, that’s fine, put us in the queue. 2 hours later we are finally seen. Breaks out laptop to check if it’s the AirPod or the case, not the case, let us take it to the back we’ll be back in 2 minutes; 15 minutes later oh it’s damaged so it’ll be $70 for a singular AirPod to be replaced. Was I expected to believe that it was not purposely damaged in the back because we are still under warranty? How do you return 15 minutes later to tell me oh it’s not charging because these little silver pieces on the bottom are missing. Is that not something a trained technician would’ve seen before needing to take them to the back?
