  An employee named Alan was not only unhelpful but came across as condescending and passive-aggressive. I inquired about applying for an Apple Card to finance a MacBook Air. I was told I needed an iPhone to start an Apple Card. This is incorrect, as I confirmed Apple’s own guidelines state otherwise. When I pointed this out, Alan dismissed me, implying I was being misled by AI hallucinations. I found his demeanor dismissive, and it felt like he was undermining my intelligence. This is not the level of professionalism I expect.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Apple Store. I was told by a female to wait because they were busy but during my wait I saw several customers who arrived after me receive help before I did. I waited around 30 minutes and still received no assistance. As a Muslim customer, this made me feel ignored and uncomfortable. I hope the store improves how they treat all customers equally and respectfully.

  We were trying to buy an iphone and no one came to help us. Then I went up to an employee who wasn't helping anyone and they told me to go to the front tables to wait for a specialist. We waited for almost 30 minutes while plenty of the employees were standing around. Horrible service for a returning customer! Thankfully, the lady helping me was really nice and tried her best to help. Unfortunately, when buying the phone, the system didn't recognize me as an authorized T-Mobile user so they couldn't waive the $30 device connection fee. In the end, in order to waive the $30, I had to place an order online for pickup and the earliest pickup time is the next day, even though they had the phone available already.

  This place is a mess, and the store manager shouted at me for no reason. I would strongly recommend staying away, you’ll quickly understand why this location has so many negative reviews. Shame on Apple Inc. for allowing this kind of experience.
